• Chocolate Financier (Chocolate Financier dough made with French fermented butter, Italian almond powder, Valrhona cocoa powder, and eggs from Sagamihara is topped with high-cocoa milk chocolate from Gotemba's bean-to-bar chocolate brand "Normandy Chocolat" and baked.)

• Chocolat Madeleine (A chocolate version of the popular baked classic madeleine, kneaded with plenty of Belgian couverture.
  These soft and fluffy madeleines have the gentle, sweet aroma of cultured butter from France, eggs delivered directly from farmers in Sagamihara, and honey.

• Matcha and apricot brownies (We made rich brownies using Kyoto Uji matcha, Belgian milk chocolate, and Hokkaido milk and butter. Just before baking, we topped them with semi-dried apricots and white chocolate to add a sweet and sour taste. The chocolate brownies are mixed together to allow any air bubbles to escape, resulting in a chewy and pleasant texture.)

• Cake Chocolate Raspberry (Bean-to-bar chocolate made with Ecuadorian Pajarito from Normandy Chocolat, Valrhona cocoa powder base, kneaded with cranberries soaked in raspberry liqueur, and baked. Finished with a raspberry white chocolate decoration.)

• Blonde Chocolate Crunch (A crunch made with blonde chocolate, known as the fourth chocolate. A chocolate crunch with a crunchy texture that is fun to eat, combined with roasted almonds and homemade feuilletine.
