You will be engaged in preparing and baking fresh baked sweets, preparing gelato, taking orders for desserts such as crepes, and preparing the parts. We have employees with experience as a sous chef at other patisseries and an employee with 10 years of experience working in a hotel in Tokyo, so it is an environment where you can hone your skills. In addition, preparing specialty crepes uses a variety of techniques, just like preparing the parts for desserts, and you will also be preparing baked and fresh sweets, so it is an environment where you can expect to improve your skills as a pastry chef in a wide range of areas. In the future, you may also be able to work as the central figure in the company, as the manager of a store or another business.

You will be involved in all aspects of cooking at EQUALLY. We offer plates, omelets, and galettes for breakfast, and fish and chicken main dishes for lunch, so you can use your cooking skills to your advantage. We also welcome people who can develop and propose products for seasonal items and future dinner business.

People who enjoy interacting with people: "You will be engaged in general customer service duties. There will be detailed work such as showing customers around the store, taking orders, serving food, and handling the bill, but we welcome people who can provide pleasant service as the face of EQUALLY. We also welcome people with no restaurant experience, as long as they enjoy customer service, such as those with apparel experience. Eventually, it is possible to take on a position engaged in management tasks such as managing the important figures for running a store.

You will be serving coffee, tea, and other original drinks at the drink area equipped with an espresso machine and grinder. EQUALLY also focuses on drinks and has two baristas on staff. We use beans from Iron Coffee in Gotokuji.

We are looking for people with experience in either public relations or design. (If you have experience in other professions and would like to suggest how you can utilize your experience, please apply here.) We are looking for people who want to be involved in the invisible aspects of restaurant management. We welcome people who can suggest what kind of work they can do based on the skills they have cultivated.

At least 2 days a week except Tuesdays. People who can work on weekends.
