Crepes are layered on top of a burnt butter cake base, with fromage blanc cream, Iwaki Island lemon jam, white chocolate, diplomat cream and lime zest as accents.

- How to enjoy it -

STEP 1
Thaw from frozen in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.

STEP 2
There are folded paper handles inside the box so that you can easily remove the mille crepes. Just pull up the handles on both sides and take the crepes directly onto a cutting board.

STEP 3
Please cut with a knife that has been warmed up with boiling water. After cutting once, warm the knife well after each cut to ensure a neat cut.

STEP 4
Serve on your favorite plate and enjoy with your favorite spoon and fork.
The spoon provides a smoother texture.
